The war with [Infamous] is now over. They disbanded their guild and ran away. So in that sense, Yakisoba has “eliminated” one faction. Unfortunately, I think it’s very poor sportmanship of their guild to run away. It was one of their members that dared us to warring them after all.

Their leader did offer a truce, but I declined because it was barely a few hours before we declared war on them (200k is expensive after all, so at least let us war a couple of days).

Well I hope some of you that managed to catch some of the on going had fun KOS-ing them. Don’t worry, I will look for another guild that would be interested in having war with us.

For now, I’ll be collecting donations from members to fund the “almost dried” guild fund. This is not compulsory, and you may donate any sum of money you wish to me.

This war is brought to you courtesy of Poker (from Infamous) who openly challenged our faction to war. I hope they would enjoy this war as much as we would do.

I just realized that CBT will be coming to an end soon.

edit: actually, there’s still 1 more week. I r phailed maths.

If I recalled correctly, Hrin once mentioned that the CBT will be up for 3 weeks and since we started on the 12th of Feb, then 5th of March should be the last day.

While this is a little too early, I want to thank all 58 Yakisoba members for their time and dedication to make Yakisoba the most active, organized and dedicated faction in sgGE CBT. We have had our share of mudslinging from the community, but we will not be affected by these ignorant players.

As long as we stay legit and honest within the boundaries of the game, we can lift our heads up.

So before CBT ends, I would like to have one huge group photoshoot with ALL YAKISOBA members this Sunday, 8pm (GMT+8) at Cite de Reboldouex fountain area Channel 1 (1 hour before the 15v15 PVP event). Start grinding that couple of levels to get into your 52 gear or higher!

Voyage will be organizing a 15v15 FFA PVP event at Cite de Reboldouex PVP Officer, Channel 1 this Sunday at 9pm (GMT +8). This event is opened to all Yakisoba members, and probably even to the public.

This is a good opportunity for all to get some GVG practice, as well as to see whether your computer can handle the load of 60 characters running around and spamming skills.

Voyage has recieved an invitation to a 15 vs 15 GvG duel from a person name faux.

The match will be held tomorrow at 9pm (Singapore time GMT +8) and members who are interested in participating in this please be online. I hope all our Lvl 5x, 6x, 7x (Cage that means you, lol)  members will be present for that event.

Also, we will be having our first war declaration soon and we are discussing on our guild forum on which faction to declare war with. Members who have not registered for the forums yet, kindly do so now so that you can participate in the discussion here.

Excalibur has repacked the full Granado Espada OST for everyone, and you can dowload it here.

For those who hates the English voices to the core, you can also download the jGE voice pack which will change all your character voices to hot japanese seiyuus like 田中理恵 (female Warlock), 置鮎龍太郎 (male Wizard), etc.

The file is split into 3 parts, so grab part 1, part 2 and part 3.

Download them, extract them to your program files/granado espada/ge folder. You will replace a file call the ‘se.ipf’. Back that file up if you want to. So far it has not caused any problems with the game at all so there is no real need to do so.

And for the Year of the Pig, Yakisoba has a bad news to start with. I am very disappointed at how some members have yet to come up to me to pay 5,000 vis. This money is not a donation. It’s an initiation fee. This money that you contribute goes into the guild fund where we will level the faction up and use it for colony wars (once it is enabled).

So I am giving the final warning:

Members who fail to pay by this Wednesday = You will be expelled from the guild.

There is a need for people to start taking the initiative. If we are going to be the biggest and best guild out there, there must be some form of discipline here. If for some reason you can’t remember whether you have paid or not, refer to our Family list. I always update it as soon as I recieve payment.

Excalibur has volunteered to collect money on my behalf when I am not around. Kindly pass it to him.

Once this whole collection is done and over with, I will open up Yakisoba again to start recruiting more members. Our recruitment requirements will be as followed:

– Level 40 minimum
– Have to pay 5k initiation fee.
– Locals and foreigners welcome, but foreigners must be aware of our playing time.
