Just an hour ago, members of Yakisoba broke another record: The first to slay the Great Hill Giant, as part of the faction quest required to level the guild to Lvl 51. It was a rather impromptu raid decision, but everyone was amazingly organized and prepared.

Within minutes, everyone clicked and it didn’t take us long before we sent the Great Hill Giant crashing down to our feet. It was an incredible feeling for us; it was certainly an awesome moment for Yakisoba, made possible with everyone’s teamwork. Everyone, from the 10x to the 6x played their part exceptionally well. Whenever one member falls, watching 3 scouts running toward to ress is a very heartening sight. The teamwork was impeccable. I applaud all members for your fantastic work.

I’m also very happy to hear from some of our members that they found the daily GVG trainings beneficial in this raid. Everyone’s hard work has finally shown some result today, and I’m sure there’s more to come.

Unfortunately, it looks like we won’t be getting Lvl 51 faction any time soon. Lyndon (that bastard) wants us to go down to Prison 5 and raid another boss. And we’re gonna do that as soon as more you guys hit the 8x region. So do remember to save your Prison 5 warp.

The 3rd Yakisoba member to join the 10x club, and also the first Lvl 100 Catherine owner, Lionheartz! I’m a little late at announcing this, but still, congrats! I’m going to just stay away from his dolls now – .-“

Yakisoba’s recruitment is closed at the moment. We are assessing our new recruits before deciding whether they are up to our standards. However, when we do reopen our recruitment again, please take note that our basic requirement would be Level 72 for all 3 characters. This applies as well to female gamers.

Also, it has come to my attention that some of the new recruits (and even some members) are totally clueless as to what’s required of them in Yakisoba. I will now list it below:

– Yakisoba is strictly anti-botting. We have zero tolerance for botters and we will not hestiate to kick you out and place you on our KOS list. Giving us excuses like a friend plays your account and doesn’t know how to read english won’t save you.

– There are compulsory Guild trainings every night that members have to attend. It is held daily from 10pm to 11pm at Auch Channel 3. Read the guild notice to find out which Level group will be having the training session for the day. At the moment, we are giving training to our 6x and 7x members. 8x and above are exempted at the moment, but we will resume once we have sufficient players.

– All members are expected (READ: COMPULSORY) to download Teamspeak and use it during trainings, colony wars and raids. You can download the client and get our Teamspeak IP here. Recruits who don’t have access to the forum, please ask around in game for it. Learn to take initiative. Having a mic is not 100% compulsory, but if you can, please buy a headset.

– Read the guild forum like the bible. Important news and plans are always posted there. Introduce yourself there, post pictures of yourself, etc.

– Grind. We would like more members to leave the 6x region. We’ve grown attached to everyone already, and it would be very unfortunate if we have to remove you because you are not actively playing. However, if you have any issues with reality, feel free to contact Tsubaki or Crimzama. We are understanding slavedrivers people.

Starting from today, we’ll be introducing some of our members to everyone out there checking out the Yakisoba blog. We may be crazy grinders but we certainly are real people too! And thus, let me present to everyone our first YakiSpotlight interviewee, the hot gamer chick, Salty!

We’re on a rolling spree. The Yakisoba Grind Factory just churned out another Level 100 player. Yakisoba’s favorite Policeman, Kuchiki just hit Lvl 100 a few hours after Hellsing. Totally awesome!

And his celebration was certainly met with quite a little bit of e-drama. Hahaha, it’s completely entertaining that scythedeath choose to crash our little well wishes broadcast barrage. We all can’t wait for that lovely gentleman to hit Family Level 6!

The following recruit has been caught for botting: acid

He has been expelled from Yakisoba, and is now on our KOS list. Should any member see him, you are to pk him without any questions asked. Let me remind all members that Yakisoba does not tolerate any kind of botting. If you are caught doing so, you will suffer the same fate as acid. We will kick you and KOS you for the rest of your pathetic botting life.

All members are to keep a look out for any members who bot. Inform me ASAP and we will investigate it. Don’t tarnish the good name of our legit players.

Yakisoba congrats Hellsing, for being the first Lvl 100 player in Cerventes. It took Hellsing 26 days to hit 100. I’m not sure if he broke Cage’s CBT record, but well done! Yakisoba’s proud of you!

Having said that, I believe another 2 more players will be hitting the ceiling tomorrow. This is a very exciting period for us. I hope the rest of our members will be inspired by them and continue grinding! We’ll hit all Lvl 100, even when the Skull Dungeon’s not opened because of a stupid Ustiur bug.

I was talking to Nobility today, after he expelled two botters from his guild. It seems like we were under the wrong impression that all GoD members are botters. Nobility and I have cleared the misunderstanding between both guilds, and we have agreed on to take on a Non-Aggressive Pact (NAP).

All members are to NOT PK or KS any GoD members. Like wise, GoD will refrain from doing so as well. However, should a GoD member be suspected of botting, kindly inform me so that I can address this to Nobility. Nobility himself is against botters and hackers, and he wishes to keep GoD clean.

All Yakisoba members, I’ve also added a Treaty page on our blog, kindly check it out so be aware of our friendlies. I don’t want to see another situation when we accident PK an ally because of ignorance. We own an apology to Brie of RakiChanneru for the accidental PK last night.

Alrighty people, we are organizing a guild outing on the 16th of June. Most of you should know about the Granado Espada Zouk party by now, and well we will be attending that raid. Hopefully in full force.

At the moment, details are a little rough on the edges, but we have decided that will be be having dinner after the Raid Party and probably a simple chillout session.

Here’s the current plan Yakisoba’s first Guild Gathering:

We will be meeting at Clarke Quay MRT station at 2pm. Please be punctual so that we can proceed to the party. We will stay on at the Raid till 6pm, and we will have dinner. We will be having a Steamboat dinner at Marina, so do make sure you have enough money. After the dinner, we will have a chillout session for further guild bonding and interaction activities.

We won’t be attending the Zouk Night Raid though.

For our Malaysians members who will be turning up for this event, I think it will be easier if you meet us at the party itself.

Today’s server maintainence is rather long (8am to 6pm), so I’ll take this opportunity to give my computers some rest. So our teamspeak server will be down until 4 or 5pm (depending on what time I wake up, lol).
